About this collection...
This Brebner/Bremner census database has been made from transcriptions of the UK census collection available at ancestry.com and FreeCen, as well as transcriptions from microfilmed records held at the Aberdeen and North-East of Scotland Family History Society (ANESFHS) in Aberdeen.

The addition of Brebner/Bremner surnamed individuals is nearly complete, and the next phase of data enrty in this collection is the addition of those female Brebner/Bremner married individuals, their husbands and families.

Search Tips:
  • *   You must enter a first name.
  • *   You must enter a year!
  • All surname spellings (Brebner, Bremner, Brymer, Brimer etc.) will be searched. Subsequent pages will show full households and other surnames within the family.
  • Name entry is case-insensitive; JANE, Jane, jane, JaNE will produce the same results.
  • All common variants of names are now searched; ie: Katie, Kathrine, Catharine etc. will all produce the same results, as will Isabel, Isobella, Bella, etc. If in doubt, use the most common spelling.
  • These census transcriptions are ongoing; please e-mail me if you don't see results here and I'll check my master databases.
